Production Management
• Oversee daily sponge iron production operations, ensuring smooth and efficient plant performance
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products.
Process Optimization
• Implement and optimize production processes for quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Analyse production data and identify areas for improvement.
Safety & Compliance
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
Team Leadership
• Manage and supervise production staff, ensuring proper training and skill development.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
Inventory & Materials Management
