Chairman’s Message
The iron and steel industry has been the backbone of the industrial development of India, which also has contributed to transforming the economy of the nation. In the last decade, India has secured a top place among the largest producer of sponge iron and raw steel that is expected to expand in the coming years. Hence, keeping the upcoming demands of steel and iron products in mind and bridging the gap between manufacture and supply, Singhal Group was established in 2000.
With a vision to fulfil the demands of the automotive and construction industry, we set up Integrated Steel Plants (ISP) in a phased manner comprising a Sponge Iron Plant, Power Plant, Induction Furnace, Rolling Mill and Ferro Alloys Plant. Our daily efforts are directed towards providing satisfactory services while achieving milestones in leadership, excellence, competitive prices, and quality.
From commencement, we’ve seen immense organic growth as we began from a single product and expanded gradually into an integrated steel plant. Looking ahead, we aim to become a profitable, unique, reliable and competitive steel and iron company that provides exclusive business solutions by manufacturing goods.
We also aim to invest in steel industries and other potential areas to contribute to the industrial as well as economic growth as a leading firm. Furthermore, we strive for social responsibility through community development by leveraging our core competencies, resources and knowledge base.

Manufacturing facilities
Our company has its manufacturing facilities in the Taraimal area of Raigarh (C.G.), spanning over an area of more than 400 acres. Our plants are conveniently located alongside the Raigarh-Ambikapur State Highway, approximately 22 kilometers away from Raigarh Railway Station. Additionally, the Salasar Steel and Power unit is situated along the same highway in the Gerwani area, around 20 kilometers from the Raigarh Railway Station.
Currently, a private railway siding is under construction at Kotarlia Railway Station, approximately 35 kilometers from our plant. This siding is located on the Bilaspur-Jharsuguda route of the South-eastern Central Railway, providing us with an efficient transportation option.
As an environmentally conscious organization, we have taken measures to convert a significant portion of our total area into green belts by conducting various plantation drives over the years. We have also utilized the Miyawaki forestation technique to develop dense forests on our land.

Chairman
Accomplished business leader and Managing Director of the Group, his leadership qualities, deep technical knowledge and prudence have led the group through successive phases of expansion and growth, including an investment initiative for an integrated steel plant. He has been an active member of the Entrepreneurship organisation, Rotary Club and is recognized for his dedication and commitment to social welfare societies and institutions like Chhattisgarh Ferro Alloys Association.
Managing Director
A business tycoon, entrepreneur and promoter Director of the Group. As a commerce graduate, he uses his skills and knowledge to manage the global sales & marketing of the group. Known for his decision-making skills, communication, thorough dealing and comprehensive analysis, he has been one of the minds behind the success of the company. He is also the treasurer of the Agarwal Welfare Foundation and an active member in organisations like the Raigarh Sponge Iron Manufacture Association.
Director
He is an accomplished business leader with high qualifications of masters degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business Management from University of Bath (UK) and Duke University (USA). As a young entrepreneur, he has efficiently and systematically identified areas for growth, expansion and diversification. His growth-oriented mindset and core skills in engineering, manufacturing, and management has enabled the company to diversify into new product manufacturing. He has been laying the groundwork for the long-term diversification and infrastructure development with the vision to help the company reach new goals and milestones.
Director
He has a strong educational background and double masters in Business and Entreprenurship from reputed colleges of University of Bath (UK), Kings College London and ISB Hyderabad. His unmatched passion and skill in finance has been the driving force behind achieving cost efficiencies and generating targeted revenue without compromising on the quality of the products and the trust of the stakeholders. With a clear vision and focus, he has developed comprehensive business plans and growth strategies which is helping the company build a legacy in the iron and steel industry.
