Sponge
High grade Directly Reduced Iron (DRI), also known as sponge iron is produced in rotatory kiln through direct reduction of iron ore/pellet ore with non-coking coal as a reducing fuel to generate gas.
Power
We generate power through Waste Heat Recovery Boilers and Fluidized Bed Combustion Boilers. This is used in captive units of sponge iron, ferro alloys and induction furnances.
Billets
MS billets are manufactured by casting high grade molten steel in our Continuous Casting Machines. Billets are semi-finished casting products used in hot rolled mills for construction of long products like TMT Bars, Wire Rods, etc.
Wire-Rods
Wire Rods are Φ 5.5 mm long steel semi-finished products. We manufacture them by rolling hot billets on high-speed continuous rolling/block mills. Our products ensure excellent mechanical and consistent chemical properties.
HB Wire
MS Pipes are hollow round and square section pipes made using MS Strips in advanced automatic tube mills. These pipes are made to have high structural strength and are used in various fabrication works.
TMT
We manufacture the best quality Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) Bars. The process involves a series of rolling, water quenching, heat treatment, and cooling, which ensure strength and flexibility.
MS Strips
MS Strips are manufactured by processing hot billets in a series of rolling mill stands to make them into thin wide strips in the form of coils. These are further processed to make hollow sections.
MS Pipes
MS Pipes are hollow round and square section pipes made using MS Strips in advanced automatic tube mills. These pipes are made to have high structural strength and are used in various fabrication works.
Ferro Alloys
Various types of ferroalloys, such as Silico Manganese, are made using our Electric Arc Furnaces. These alloys are used in steelmaking to provide the necessary chemical composition required for the best quality steel.
